Base fare plus the service's per-loaded-mile rate, subject to the minimum trip charge, plus applicable time and service charges. Loaded miles are measured from pickup to drop-off.
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup may be refunded. A no-show or cancellation with less than 2 hours' notice is charged 100% of the applicable base fare.
We verify coverage in advance. If a claim is denied, our billing team works with you on appeals or transitions you to a self-pay rate with payment plans available.
Trips of 30 loaded miles or less require the estimated fare at booking. Trips over 30 loaded miles one-way require a 50% deposit. The final fare reflects actual miles and services provided.
One family companion or caregiver rides at no additional charge on all transports.
